I loved this article because (as you know) I really believe in the ability for Culture to transform organizations. I must admit I was torn by the notion of adding folks who may be agitators and work against the status quo. I love the idea in theory, I worry that agitators may want to upset many of the elements that are working within an organization unecessarily. Culture takes time to develop — and to change. Even when that change is necessary and required, it needs to be handled purposefully, diligently and deliberately. Throwing a (proverbial) wolf into the chicken coop may have the opposite effect by agitating the wrong things. That aside, an amazing read. Thanks mate.
