Unfortunately, it is necessary to maintain freshness. As soon as coffee is exposed to oxygen & moisture, it oxidizes (loses flavor and gets a stale taste). When we try to leave Sudden Coffee out in the open, it becomes stale within a couple days. We’d like to figure out a way to produce a bulk package that still ensures it’s not exposed to air, but we’re not quite there yet.
