Tips to Maximize your Career

Someone rightly said,

Every one wants to have successful life. But it gains the one who make the decisions and make them right. I have joined Amal Academy and now its time to share the things that i have learned from there. In this blog i will share the tips of success that i have shared with my friend Zafar Umair. He has already good knowledge of advancement in life. So, it was a good experience to share the things with such a guy. The tips i shared were as follows:

I learned 6 important career guidelines that were very useful for me.

1. Do an internship before pursuing a higher degree to confirm if you like that field/industry

2. Don’t do PhD if you want to be an entrepreneur or work in corporate sector

3. Spend at least one year in your first job.

4. Find your passion and align it with your career

5. Decisions are very unique to each person, what’s right for one isn’t right for the other

6. Own your decisions: Don’t let other people make decisions for you and don’t blame anyone else

Lets talk about the debate that we had on these tips. On the first tip, we both agreed as we have done internships in the field / industry. On the second tip, we were agreed but we came to a conclusion that if you want some innovative things to discover then you should spend some time on research. On the third tip, we were both not agreed because we think six months are enough to decide about your dream job. Similarly we did debate on other tips but in the end we think that these are perfect tips by Sohail Rizvi.

He was particularly thankful to me for such essential profession rules. I shared the link of the course to him and he said he will must experience it. He was likewise appreciative to Amal Academy for such demonstration of thoughtfulness.
