ZomLand Tokenomic and IDO

Get your axes and barricades ready because the ZomLand apocalypse is about to begin! It’s a fun game that combines P2E and NFTs, and runs on the NEAR blockchain. We’re grateful for the support and excitement our community has shown for the Play-to-Earn concept since we launched on mainnet. ZomLand has already established itself as a leader in the P2E segment on the NEAR blockchain and you can join in on the fun and earn profits too!

General Information

The ZomLand IDO starts from April 28th, 2023 on Jump DeFi and includes three rounds of token sale with ability to by ZML using USDC token:

1. Community Sale (whitelisted only)

   Price: $0.001
   Vesting: 10% unlock at TGE, 2,3m lock, linear unlock next 10 months
   Only for whitelisted addresses*.
   *To access the whitelist please refer to the details provided below.
2. Public Sale #1
   Date: 12 May, 2023
   Price: $0.0014
   Vesting: 15% unlock at TGE, 2,3m lock, linear unlock next 8 months cliff.
3. Public Sale #2
   Date: TBA, May 2023
   Price: $0.0016
   Vesting: 25% unlock at TGE, 2,3m lock, linear unlock next 9 months

  Make sure you have your USDC on the NEAR blockchain ready before the start of the IDO round.

NOTE: Liquidity for ZML/USDC will be provided 24 hours after the IDO ends.

How to Join Whitelist

To get whitelisted, win an allocation in one of our events till April 27th at 20:00 UTC or hold one of the following Discord roles by the same date:
Early, Land Holder, Zomland Friend, ZomLand Whale.

Simplest way is to receive Land Holder role: buy one of our lands using zomland.com or paras.id marketplace.

Note: We burn all tokens that was used for in-game activity: mint monster, create a clan, upgrade inventory etc.

Token Distribution Breakdown

IDO Allocation:

• The IDO is allocated 7% of the maximum token supply, split as follows:
  - Community Sale: 2%
  - Public Sale #1: 3%
  - Public Sale #2: 2%
• The funds raised in the IDO will be used to provide liquidity, while the rest (50%) will be used to fund Marketing and Operational needs.

Ecosystem (P2E):

• 45% of the max supply for all play to earn rewards.

Treasure:

• 20% of the max supply for community DAO based on ZML tokens lock.

Team:

• 10% of the max supply for development team. Token will be locked first 6 months, with 5% linear monthly vesting after month 6.

Liquidity:

• 10% of the max supply for ZML/USDC liquidity pool.

Staking:

• 8% of the max supply is allocated for staking rewards over 42 month.

ZML token Earn

• Kill zombies/monsters.
• Participate in Clan (give you random daily reward).
• Discover your Lands.
• Sell inventory/modifiers in our internal market.
• Stake your tokens to get additional rewards.
• Win Clan battles.
• Win on Battle Arena PvP battles.
• Win on Roulette.

ZML token Usage

• Buy in game modifiers and inventory items, upgrade inventory level.
• Mint Monster from your zombies.
• Join existing or create your own Clan.
• Participating in Clan battles.
• Participate in Battle Arena battles.
• Staking your ZML tokens.
• DAO voting for treasury usage (20% of total supply).

The Road Ahead

With P2E and DeFi expands and blockchain networks become more interconnected, we plan to support multiple chains for ZomLand in the future.

As such, our plans for the future include offering support for multiple chains, providing players from all corners of the world with the opportunity to collect NFTs, combine their collections, create and join clans, participate in game DAO, and enjoy playing the game across various networks.
