San Francisco: Blog 4
Reflect on your feedback from Gate 3. Did you agree/disagree?
To start off on a positive note, most people who viewed our presentation made a comment about how it was pleasing to look at. The constructive commentary suggested that we needed to dive more into the specific skill sets that we are looking for and providing. We also need to find more specific data to back up our ideas and solutions.
How well did your team work together.
So, as excited as I was after the last blog. We pivoted… again. Unfortunately I did not really voice my opinion for additional meet ups between presentations. Which led us to another stressful situation, days before the presentation and H wanted to pivot again. This caused a riff in the group because everything seemed very in the air and uncertain. Once we all talked to each other and voiced our concerns/opinions, we came to a team agreement to change course again.
What changes in assignment, working habits, etc would you make.
At this point in the semester, things really start heating up (at least for me). There is one month left to show my work here, and I have some slack to pick up on. Sure excuses can be made for work that isn’t done, but I’m not in the mood to be making any excuses. Personally I am empowered by writing and reflecting, because I can truthfully admit that I was not performing to my best ability in this class. Despite the past failures to properly manage my time, I will persist. In these upcoming weeks I will rally my team and inspire them so we can come together and present an awesome product.
What are next steps for your project?
Right now we are looking to do more research and having more in depth interviews. We are excited to show everyone what were working on!
