Bhupendra, I appreciate the challenge. It’s what forces my writing to get better, so worries on that end.
That said, to be completely honest with you, I can’t pretend to know anywhere near enough about ADHD or Bipolar Disorder to make a meaningful comment. I can’t imagine it being easy.
Based on the little I know, I would guess that even though it’s an uphill battle, things that involve mindfulness of some sort (journaling, meditation, etc.) would help. Have you tried consistently practicing at all?
