No kids, so I definitely have it easier. If you find it hard to cut the time, I’d recommend tracking your time for a week. Take note of how much you spend consuming (think TV, social media, random articles, etc) and evaluate how much is useful/enjoyable consumption and how much is mindless.

You may be surprised at the time you could carve out. As for books, I haven’t read any in particular, but I did come across an article that went over some research done on teachers. It’s interesting. You can read it here :)
