A very interesting point, Brad. Very interesting. I speak from personal experience. I started running round the block around four years ago, just I was about to turn 40. Having not done any exercise for five years (busy job, kids) and had no aptitude for athletics at school. My marathon PB is now 2:42, I’ve set up my own company, and learnt a plethora of new skills.
