Gratitude

Amal academy helps us to polish our personal and professional skills. It makes us a lifelong learner.I have learned a lot in my three month fellowship program. In each in person session and PW there is something new to learn. We perform various activities that increases our creativity.

I have learned a lot of things like going extra mile, time management, positive thinking, gratitude, kindness, leadership, communication skills, writing skills, making resume and cover letter, e.t.c.

After thinking for many hours I found the biggest thing that I learned in Amal fellowship is showing gratitude.

“When it comes to life the critical thing is whether you take things for granted or take them with gratitude.”

Gratitude leads to abundance, prosperity, peace and success in our life. Developing the attitude of gratitude towards Allah will change your life. So we should always be grateful to Allah Almighty for His blessings and be humble and kind.

Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings and acknowledging that you have. Giving thanks makes people happier, it strengthens relationships, it improves health, and it reduces stress. Gratitude makes us positive.

“Each day be grateful, let gratitude be your attitude.”

We can practice gratitude by doing something kind for others and appreciating little things in life.
