Stress management techniques
We all feel nervous at one time or another. Being human it is a common thing and everyone pass through this situation. Some overcome nervousness at first and some face difficulty in doing so. I will like to share some techniques to control or avoid nervousness. Here are some of the basic breathing exercises which I adopted to make me feel calm and relax.
I tried two of the basic breathing techniques:
· Equal breathing
· Deep breathing with close eyes
These techniques helped me a lot to get relax and calm. I really feel relax after doing these exercises. As I already mentioned that we all go through the situation of nervousness and to overcome this nervousness we must try these techniques I really found them helpful. We can also use this technique before an interview to make our self relax. This will definitely help us to manage nerves and make a pleasant long lasting first impression. This would definitely help if we practice it again and again on daily basis. This will help us to manage our stress and to get out of hectic routine by consuming small amount of time. We can improve this thing by doing it again and again which will help us to remain relax.
