Welcome to the complete guide for Zulu Network’s Testnet Bridge! 🌉 We are excited to start things out in our testnet with a bridge that supports BTC and BRC20 assets. It is a very important tool for users and developers to access our ecosystem!

This guide aims to help you navigate through the process of bridging assets between Bitcoin and Zulu Network (Testnet).

Let’s start with some things to do before using the bridge 👀👇

Preparation Before Starting

1. Get BTC test coins through BTC faucets!

Here are some common BTC faucets:

2. Add Zulu Testnet Network to your wallet

Network name: Zulu Testnet Beta

RPC URL: https://rpc-testnet.zulunetwork.io

Chain ID: 202406

Symbol: BTC

3. Claim ZULU Test Coins!

How to Use Zulu Testnet Bridge

The Zulu Testnet Bridge currently supports Deposit and Withdraw for BTC and BRC20 assets.

1. Deposit

From Bitcoin Testnet to Zulu Testnet.

1.1 BTC

· Click on “Connect Wallet” in the top right corner of the webpage and select Bitcoin Testnet.

You have two options. Select Bitcoin Testnet to deposit to Zulu Testnet.

· Choose UniSat Wallet and click Connect.

· On the right side of the Amount dialog box, click the drop-down list to see the supported test coin types and balances.

· On the right side of the Amount dialog box, click the drop-down list, select btc, enter the Amount, and fill in the ERC-20 address to receive the cross-chain assets, then click Transfer.

· The wallet automatically pops up the transaction interface. For BTC transactions, just Sign & Pay is required.

· After waiting for about 3 block confirmations, the cross-chain asset zbtc will be credited. Deposit transaction information can be checked in Mempool. You can also view the balance information of their cross-chain assets in real-time in MetaMask to confirm whether the cross-chain assets have been credited.

1.2 BRC20 (taking sats as an example)

· Select sats, enter the Amount, and fill in the ERC-20 address to receive cross-chain assets, then click Transfer.

· The wallet automatically pops up the transaction interface. BRC20 asset transactions are divided into 2 steps: Inscribe and Transfer. Steps are as follows:

Stages 1 & 2 👇

Stage 1: Choose Fee Rate for Inscribe — -Stage 2: Click Next

Stages 3 & 4 👇

Stage 3: Sign & Pay for Inscribe — — — — Stage 4: Waiting for Inscribing

Stages 5 & 6 👇

Stage 5: Inscribe Success, Click Done Stage 6: Sign & Pay for Transfer

· After waiting for about 3 block confirmations, the user’s cross-chain asset sats will be credited, and the Deposit transaction status can be queried by Mempool. You can also view their cross-chain asset balance information in MetaMask in real time to confirm whether the cross-chain assets have been credited.

2. Withdraw

Withdraw from Zulu Testnet to Bitcoin Testnet.

2.1 ZBTC (BTC on Zulu Testnet)

· Click on “Connect Wallet” in the top right corner of the webpage, and select Zulu Testnet.

You have two options. Select Zulu Testnet to withdraw to Bitcoin Testnet.

· Choose a wallet. Taking MetaMask as an example, click “Next” and “Connect”.

· Click the dropdown list to the right of the Amount dialog, select zbtc, enter the Amount, and fill in the BRC-20 address where you will receive the cross-chain asset, then click Withdraw.

· The wallet automatically pops up the transaction interface; click Confirm to proceed.

· After the transaction is confirmed, users can see the withdrawal transaction in the UniSat Wallet, and it will be credited after blockchain confirmation.

2.2 BRC20 (taking sats as an example)

· On the right side of the Amount dialog box, click the drop-down list, select sats, enter the Amount, and fill in the BRC-20 address to receive the cross-chain assets, then click “Withdraw”.

· The wallet automatically pops up the transaction interface; click Confirm to proceed.

· After the transaction is confirmed, users can see the withdrawn sats in the UniSat Wallet, and it will be credited after blockchain confirmation.
