5 Things Recruiters Love the Most
The journey of interview is crucial for every candidate who is seeking a job, but there are some things where candidates become puzzled. Preparation for interview is the most important part while pursuing a dream job. How to prepare for an interview before hand and how to equip yourself while going for an interview are important questions. we interviewed an HR and asked him the very questions. Here are five things they love to hear from their candidates.

- Being Yourself/Real
When we asked a question regarding being real in an interview, the answer of HR was shocking. He said that they instantly know whether a candidate is being real or not. Being real is such a strong impression while faking things leads you nowhere.
2. Relevant Skills
Answering this question the recruiter said that in reality they want to know only the relevant-to-job skills. Sometimes a recruiter asks for some extra skills but that is not a case always. The answers of a candidate must be as relevant as possible. It saves a recruiter’s time and energy.
3. Positive Attitude
Positive attitude of a candidate is all-important for a strong positive impression. Believe in self of a candidate during interview compels the interviewer to believe in you that you are the right candidate for the position.
4. Show of Fortitude
The other thing recruiters love the most about a candidate is how patience a candidate is. Sometimes they ask question which apparently make no sense to candidate but that is the point where a person has to show patience and common sense. Why it is this much necessary is because you are going to be a part of that institution and they would not definitely want a person with a low temperament.
5. Being Equipped
To show all the above mentioned things during an interview, which recruiters mostly want from a candidate, a person must be prepared before hand. He/she must be equipped with necessary knowledge and the things he/she is about to say. Recruiters hate it when they ask a question and candidate begins to think what and how to answer that question.
