Acknowledgement for the interview process

All of my group members visited to Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Jaffar. He was very kind-hearted and helpful person. He was also a recruiter and we gained knowledge from them about recruiting process. He gave us beneficial tips for an interview; how to make our interview more attractive and gave positive feedback.

He told us that recruiter wants the candidate should have mature behavior. He also said dressing is first thing that attracts the recruiter before your communication so it should be natural as well as looking professional with neat and clean costume. He described us a universal truth about “Fate” is something that makes you from nothing to everything.

The meeting was very awesome and provided benefits in our future interviews. He gave us advice that to make relationship with everyone in a positive way and always think for a change. In every field where you make your best effort and choose that field in which you are interested.

He preferred some of his Experienced skills during the interview these are:-
- Reason oriented answer of the applicant.
- Degree mattered with some experience.
- Good eye-contact.
- Take a copy of resume or CV .
- CV must be having linear reflection of the applicant.
Consequently, we all learnt very helpful material and beneficial for the interview. His personality was friendly, gentle in behavior, having effective communication skills. Currently, he works as a film maker, good story teller, little bit emotional with the real facts in Pakistan. As the conclusion, he is a good in relations and gave us positive feedback.
