The whole thing chaps my hide.

The whole voucher system will only make a difference for a very few kids from a very thin economic slice. The rich kids can still go to whatever school their folks want, while $6k/yr won’t be enough for the poor kids to change their situation. Additionally, those charter schools will suddenly see demand for their services rise and prices would very likely stabilize at something near that very same $6k voucher. Funny how “capitalism” and “free markets” work…
