Like it or not, every customer (and to-be customer) churns at some point.

10 halloweens ago, we launched blanklabel.com — We went from layouts in photoshop to a bare minimum “website is live” in three days, basic html/css with ajax; no CMS.

Back then our sole product was custom shirts and the “custom” bit added quite a few customizable combinations and attributes that made it impossible…
