Struggle
Get Shit Done
When you have nothing to live for, you stop living.
When you have to find a reason to justify (to yourself) why you want to be alive, why you want to live, you have reached the lowest and purest form of a struggle; the absolute struggle.
All that matters is what the struggle means to you, forget about everyone else and what they think of your struggle or your cause. Why do you want it? What does it mean to you? Is it worth fighting for?
“This paper is to hard, I’m struggling trying to keep up….”
“I’m struggling between three jobs, I've got a family to feed….”
“Should I wear white sneakers or black sneakers?….”
All struggles are not the same; they are different for different people, but if you think you are struggling, just remember that someone out there is probably struggling more than you.
Schools too hard? There’s someone who can’t afford to go to school.
Can’t go to school because it’s too expensive? There’s someone out there who isn't given the right to go to school.
There are people out there that have to decide which of their children will get to eat today, can you be that person? Can you face their struggle? You've got it easy.
There are people out there who are struggling and looking for a reason to live; asking themselves “why do I want to live, why not just end it all right now?” Some of these people don’t find an answer and end up giving in to the struggle, they can’t make it and they end it; then there are those people who want it so bad that they find that reason… They find it and they move on to the next struggle because everything in life is a struggle. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you can get in the game and go out there swinging hard, knocking out the struggles that are just waiting for you.
Whatever it is you are doing and struggling with, ask yourself why, why are you doing it, what it means to you, is it worth the struggle, and is it worth living for. Think about it in its absolute form and ask your self: is it worth living for?.
