After the meeting this morning I came to K’OOK, one of my favorite restaurant around school. I came a little bit early so I took around with my new lomo babe for some shots. It was still early for a street like this. The street was quiet. The smell was quiet, too.
At 12pm I step into the restaurant. It just finished cleaning and the whole little place was packaged with a strong smell of degent. It makes me a little bit dizzy. It covers the daisy on the table.
The first appitizer was kimchi as usual. It used to be very strong but today all was covered with the air full of detergent. Everything else smells like nothing. It was really not a good experience.
I went to Aedes, a perfume store with AJ in the afternoon. It was a great experience. I used to go to Sephora to smell all the perfume on the shelf. Most of them are sweet and girlish. They were alike and to be honest, not many product stood out. But the perfume in Aedes are really surprising. According to the girl in the store, around 70% of the brands come from France. Because they have the best ingredience and best technology and most best perfumers. The rest of then may come frome some European countries like Italy, German. Very small amount of them are from the US.
I was trying to start from something more simple first, to be closer to natural smell. But the girl seemed to find it a little bit hard. She recommend some smell that is very light to me. They all very grassy. But not smell like anything natural that i smell before. Then i asked her to recommend something that’s floral. It was harder for her to pick floral and simple perfume.
