KYC Guide for Alpha Pool Investors!
NAOS Galaxy Alpha Lending Pool is coming! Investors must complete a one-time KYC through Securitize to be whitelisted. Please complete KYC earlier than later, as it takes some time to get approved.
KYC process requires the following information:
For individuals:
- Proof of Identity (Passport, ID card, etc.,)
- Phone number & address
- Tax certificate*(applied to certain countries)
For entities:
- Entity basic information
- Legal documents
- Legal signers information
- Ultimate beneficial owner information
We are currently unable to service investors located in or are residents of Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria and Ukraine.
Step 1: Get the NAOS Alpha Pool KYC Started.
Go to NAOS Galaxy Pool Page , connect your wallet and switch to BSC network, select either Alpha pool.
“Connect to Securitize” on the pop-up window. This will lead you to the Securitize website.
Step 2: Register and Log-in Securitize
Log in with your Securitize ID. Choose “Create a Securitize ID” if you don’t have a Securitize account yet.
You will be asked to verify your email address after successfully registering.
Step 3: Fill out personal/entity information.
After you access your Securitize account, the NAOS website will lead you to complete the KYC process.
Back to your Securite account, choose “Investor details” on the “Holdings” page.
Complete investor information. You can do KYC verification either by individual or entity. Let’s take individual verification as an example.
1)Select type of investor: individual or entity.
2) Select your country and upload Identity documents.
3) Follow the instructions to finish the liveness check.
4) Provide residential address and phone number.
5) Provide legal information if required.
Step 4: Register your wallet on Securitize.
Choose the “Wallets” category, select “Ethereum” for both ETH and BSC wallet addresses. You can register up to 10 addresses per account.
Please make sure that the wallet registered should be the one you connected to the NAOS APP.
After you register your wallet, the registered address will show below.
You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your wallet has been registered.
Step 6: Wait for your chance to join the Alpha Pool!
After completing KYC, you will be eligible to participate in all NAOS RWA lending pools in the future. Please note that signing a subscription agreement is required before investing.
