Report the needs

  • As a solo traveler, I want a safe, private, economical, independent, flexible mode of travel, so that I may explore the city at my own pace
  • As a traveler on a friends’ trip, I want a convenient, planned, novel, and fun mode of travel, so that I may have an unforgettable experience on this journey
  • As a person on a family trip, I want a convenient, guided, planned, recreational, intimate mode of travel, so that I may explore the city while spending quality time with my family

Cut, through prioritization

The biggest segments/market size would be from Solo travelers and friends’ trips.
