A Cloud Guru is traveling from around the world to meet in Las Vegas and attend AWS re:Invent — and we’re really looking forward to seeing you! We wanted to share our schedule below so you can find us throughout the week.
Each day there are also multiple opportunities to connect with Ryan, Sam, Peter, Nick, Adrian, Sanjay, Mattias, Robin, and the rest of our crew! We’d love to meet with you, hear your feedback, hand out some awesome swag, and share our latest membership content and features.

Monday
At 4:00pm, we’ll be attending a breakout session presented by A Cloud Guru’s co-founder Sam Kroonenburg and our VP of Engineering — Peter Sbarski. The session discusses the evolution of serverless architectures and gives examples from our experience building A Cloud Guru — a completely serverless learning management system.

At 5:30pm, A Cloud Guru is participating in the We Power Tech diversity series. We are a proud member of the inclusive and diverse AWS community and official sponsor of Women Who Code.
As part of a series of We Power Tech lightning talks, we’ll share tactical ways for people in tech to get involved and make a difference. This session will be followed by a networking happy hour to connect with peers, meet our instructors, and get some awesome swag!

When the exhibition hall opens on Tuesday, we’ll be heading over to meet our friends at the Verizon booth. We had a chance to learn about Verizon’s massive cloud transformation program at Serverlessconf, and we’re looking forward to hearing more about their efforts — see you there!

After lunch, Ryan and Sam are competing against each other in the “Battle of the Brothers” at the CloudHealth booth! Throughout the week, contestants can compete for giveaways and a grand prize of $2,500.

On Tuesday evening, A Cloud Guru is attending the “She Powers Tech” panel discussion of lightning talks — come early to get a front row seat to hear the world’s leading, and up-and-coming women in tech.
