Organisation Admin Dashboard v1

The first cut of our A Cloud Guru organisation admin dashboard has arrived.

The dashboard provides a simple, central place to view and manage activity related to your organisation within the A Cloud Guru platform.

As an administrator of your organisation, you can access this dashboard from your user menu in the top-right corner:

In version 1, you can:

• View members of your organisation.
  Members of your organisation gain seamless access to any special discounts or pre-purchased courses/points available to your organisation.
• Promote other users to become administrators of the organisation.
  This grants these users access to the admin dashboard also
• View course access.
  This allows you to see which users have taken courses, and the number of points that have been deducted if your organisation is using the points-based model.

• View history of points top-ups.
  For organisations using the points-based model.
• View current organisation points balance.
  For organisations using the points-based model.
• Invite new members to your organisation.
  The dashboard provides secret codes that you can share with others, allowing them to join your organisation.

Going forward we plan to add a range of new features, including the ability to view course progress & results for each member of the organisation… so watch this space!
