Enabling A Serverless Mindset

A Cloud Guru believes that the future of business lies in leveraging serverless architecture. Do more with less, and focus on delivering creative solutions for your users.

Over the last 18 months, the growth of the serverless has been amazing — enabled by a great community who helped drive this expansion. To ensure the community continues to grow in the right direction, it essential that serverless pioneers share their knowledge and experiences with others.

Serverlessconf is a community led conference focused on sharing experiences building applications using serverless architectures.

How Do You Serverless?

Serverless architecture enable developers to express their creativity and focus on user needs — instead of spending time managing infrastructure and servers.

The Serverless Architecture Competition is our way of celebrating the trailblazers in serverless architectures while building a stronger community through shared experiences.

Call to Action! A Cloud Guru would like anyone using a serverless solution to submit a project they developed using a serverless architecture.

Project Submissions

Serverless architectures have a wide variety of use cases — Web APIs, data pipelines, IoT backends, and event driven security are a few of the many possibilities.

We want to learn about the problems the serverless community are trying to solve, and how trailblazers are leveraging serverless architecture to achieve their goal.

The serverless solution being submitted must have an event driven architecture that use functions for the logic or glue.

If you need some inspiration, consider reading example like the Serverless Garden, a Serverless Screenshot Service, and Automated Abuse Blocking.

The winning submissions will be announced on stage during the keynote presentation at Serverlessconf in Austin on April 27th. To be eligible for the Grand Prize, you must be an attendee of the conference. An Honorable Mention prize is open to the entire serverless community.
