A Short Break
It is time for me to take a bit of a break — a vacation. That being said, I will be flying out this evening, heading to Alaska for a bit of downtime, fun, inspiration, and to create bundles upon bundles of memories. I will have limited access to Medium, really the internet as a whole, as I am making it my aim to fully focus on my surroundings and unplug.

A Cornered Gurl will move forward with publishing again on Friday, July 26, 2019, at 7:00 pm, US EST, however, there are a few pieces scheduled to publish on tomorrow, Monday, July 22, 2019. Here’s hoping you will learn something new every day and with that new knowledge, new work will be shared.
In the meantime and in-between time, be good to each other. Encourage one another. Listen and understand each other. Know that your gifts are necessary for others to grow and theirs are probably what you need for growth too.
