Bewilderment

Frankly trying to steady myself at the edge of a cliff, with the vast sea behind me

The vast pool of confusion,
Hasn’t failed to drown me.
To intoxicate me with its notion;
To poison me, to disillusion me.

Oh no, it might have succeeded,
I am at crossroads.
A sole pinch of clarity is really needed,
Grab my hand before I sink into this overload.

Night and day, it bothers me so.
Oh, how distracted I am, unable to focus.
Bewilderment is indeed the star of the show,
Hopefully, soon, I’ll have my moments,
Moments of not being at my lows.
