Curiosity,
demands
to know it all
inside-out;

such is she —
storm-maker,
heart-breaker,
game-shaker.

Taunting,
tantalizing,
— break the rules;
cross the lines,
crush the boundaries;
she, the disruptors’ call
to arms.

Curiosity,
A-GAIN.
Exposing
life and
limb.

She shimmies
She shanks;
— eyes on fire,
dancing AT me;
arabesques of
seductive questioning,
flirtatious smothering,

Suddenly pausing,
she pulls her bow,
arrow lined up
she shoots.

I bleed.

Deep dimples form
upon her cheeks,
She, her work done.
