Life-Giving Word
Revelations from Love
WORD.
I AM God-spoken glory
in this light-bearing black skin —
Light, shaped by Word,
into form,
vitalized by the currency that flows
through all there is
in and out of time.
I am Goddess-sung pleasure
in this sublimely melanated earth,
combusting into sanctity
that burns away coffers and gives breath
to indigenous expressions of Love.
I sashay in the flow of holy ecstasy,
and I laugh belly-rippling womb laughs
as I unveil the ease of currency:
currency is in me,
currency is me,
currency is all around me,
currency flows out of me and into me
in the shape of infinity,
and with the parting of all four of my Life-erecting lips,
I speak God over this currency;
I give proliferous earth to this formlessness
of the seed — love,
of the root — effortlessness
of the branch — truth
of the fruit — freedom
of the pigment — green —
I sing Goddess over this delivery of word,
for I am living
Without
Oppression’s
Ritualistic
Distortion
of who I Am.
I AM Goddess-sung
and God-spoken
Word.
