Hello November, and hello to all our A-Culturated writers and readers, new and old.
How are you holding up?
It’s safe to say that things are getting hectic, no matter where we are in the world right now. And no matter the weather, there seems to be a general pull to retreat and protect ourselves, be it at home, or anywhere else that is safe.
As we take a step inwards, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by it all. The anger, the conflict, the impending sense of fear. It’s not just political tensions either. It’s internal tensions too.
And instead of tip-toeing around it, this month, I am challenging us all to address it — eye to eye.
Writing gives us the power to release some of that internal turmoil, so let’s use this space to do so, and give each other some grace and love through it all.
October’s Writing Prompt
