Day 10 — Shanghai to Beijing

We really didn’t do that much this day besides head to the airport, get delayed, use our credit card benefits to get us into the first class lounge for free, eat a bunch of unhealthy snacks, play some poker, and try out McDonald’s delivery after landing in Beijing.

Before we went to the airport though we had some pretty good noodles! From a small local place! It was a nice, MSG flavored beef noodle soup.

All in all, a few lessons learned are: eat a nice breakfast before going to the airport. Expect Chinese planes to get delayed if raining. A deck of cards can provide a lot of entertainment. Fast food delivery is pretty mediocre but oh so convenient and cheap.
