Grow some vegetable for 2 weeks pt3.
~Day9.
Previously I switched my plan to alternative one which is reborn vegetable of carrots. Surprisingly it is going quite well, within 24 hours they showed some changes. When I bought these carrots from supermarket the leaf part was dried and exhausted however approximately 20 hours later one of the carrots changed. There is a fresh sprout growing from the center of dried leaf.
It’s kept on growing and third day of carrot challenge it got much taller.
I am deeply fascinated by the strength of plants which can not only recover from that critical condition which is not possible for human or any mammals but also grow more. Furthermore if large number of people try reborn vegetable it will affect the amount of waste hugely and it could be a potential alternative way to supply food in the future also by reducing the amount of food consumed which enable food to be distributed to people who could not afford before.
