I am thinking about a new strategy: “Changing without impact”
Some days I prefer to listen to music, another day I would like to be more social in Instagram. So, I have two alternatives that can be used for each day. In this way, I have reduced my energy consumption, while I have this chance to make my journey less boring.
I want to make my challenge stricter, I have to make a better sleep habits because I am still awake late. The problem is the light; without it I feel a little depressed. When darkness and coldness are combined, without music, it is hard to stay in a good mood. I am thinking to use my other senses to be more alive! Like sense of smell. I use candles that have the smell of vanilla. But I am searching for other natural options.
