50 Days of Prayer — Day 2

Heavenly Father,

Your name is honor. I pledge to bring you honor and respect in all I do and say. I want to meet you. I want nothing more from this journey than to meet you. I want to ask you questions. I want to hear you speak. I want to hug your neck.

You know my needs. I don’t want to be so distracted by my present needs that I don’t accomplish today’s purpose. We need a little food and a lotta peace but help me push the progress. I know you got the rest. Please forgive me for my wrongs and for my lack of focus. Help me see what I can’t see. I don’t know what I don’t know, but you got me. I hold no grudges. I want only to forgive; always. No one will take that power over me.

Help me to move quickly, swiftly, and straight toward your purpose. I want that my motives and intent be singular and my representation be as honored and honorable as you have called me to be. This kingdom, this ability, the credit belongs only to you. I don’t want to misuse or abuse it. Thank you.

Amen.
