Producing with guitar

Okay at about 6:35 you can see this plugin Tom Misch is using called Pedalboard which I’m so curious about. He’s recording his guitar directly into his interface and running it through this plugin adding various pedal effects — he switches between recording a bass riff, chords, wah effects, reverb, everything? ! I really want to start using something like this.

On the subject, this Bonobo song is so lovely and is the kind of stuff I would adore to make; guitar not really being the main feature of the track but featuring as a nice element.
