TL,DR; We’re limiting the number of free jobs (for bootstrapped/poor startups) to 5 per company because abuse.

Over here at Unicorn Towers, we’re a generous bunch, and we’re also slightly alergic to money. That’s cool. We ain’t shooting for the moon just yet, we’re the assistants, you’re the rocketships.

Well, anyway, we like to be nice. That’s why we’ve got “Choose Your Own Discount”. We get that sometimes you got to “pray more than you pay”, we’ve been there. We know it. Shame not everyone understands why it’s nice to be nice.

So, young struggling startups with barely a penny to their name, thanks to several not to be mentioned but incredibly well funded-but-yet-too-lazy-to-get-the-company-card-out — we’re having to be a bit meaner than we want.

🚨 From now on, we’re going to ask you for Twenty Five of the english pounds if you post more than 5 jobs for nothing. 🚨

Imagine being in a situation where you have to hire 50 people but not be able to pay any money to do so, it almost doesn’t make sense… ahem.

However! To those of you who tirelessly support the long march to being treated better as job candidates and finding meaningful work that makes digital folk feel happy, we salute you. ❤️ You literally pay our bills. Blessings upon you all.❤️

👏👏👏 So let us salute just some of our joyful and magnificent customers such as: Day Digital, Makers Academy, Tyk.io, Blue Shift Coding, Grantree, We Make Websites, Appear Here, Drover and many, many more— you continue to be amazing. Thank you. 👏👏👏

So, welcome to the end of plenty and to the era of the first five are free and then you have to buy us lunch…
