Looking for Writers for Fledgling Pub — ‘A Haven for New Stories’
Just stories — good, well-written, true stories — that’s what we want
New!!!! Only a few days old.
I wished to have another place to send just stories — no blogs, reviews, opinions, etc. — just stories.
If you would like to write for this publication, please read the guidelines below.
The one guarantee I can give you — because this publication is so new — your story will stay on the front page longer, and, as of right now, I won’t take more than four stories a day. That will guarantee your story will stay there for at least 24 hours!
A challenge
I have over 2,000 followers and around 60 people who subscribe to receive emails from me when I publish — that means, if you send a story, around 60 people, at least, will know it exists!!!!!
The challenge is to write something, anything (providing it meets the guidelines), ask to be a writer, and send your draft to me.
The first four stories that meet the guidelines will be published immediately, the next four on the next day, and so on!
Let’s give it a try. I’ve only put two stories of mine out there so far — are you up to sending one? Maybe you have something in a draft that you didn’t finish?
Hint: I love humor, animal stories, embarrassing moments, accidental gas-passing, I’m all for the comedy (but not satire). I’m also a sucker for a close call, wild event, twilight-moment story. What have you got? If it’s a true story, I’d love to see it.
Advantages to sending a story to a new pub — because it’s so new, your story won’t get lost in the shuffle, and it will be published quickly.
