Life is full of different kinds of people. In ancient Hindu teachings, they talk about three main types based on their behavior.
1. Satva Guna: The Good and Happy Folks These are the happy souls who always see the good in life, no matter what. They radiate happiness regardless of the challenges they face, always seeing the positives in every situation. Like nurturing parents, they provide selfless service to others, fostering an environment of positivity and goodwill. They spread positivity and kindness wherever they go.
2. Rajo Guna: The Competitive and Greedy Ones These folks are always chasing more. They’re never satisfied and their happiness goes up and down like a roller coaster. They constantly strive for more, never fully satisfied with their achievements. Their happiness fluctuates like a sine wave, influenced by external factors such as success or failure. They work hard but find it hard to enjoy the little things in life. Despite their relentless pursuit of success, they refrain from harming others.
