Flight of fancy or opportunity to soar?

Last year I had an awakening, a perspective change. My lovely wife, Stacey, was diagnosed with breast cancer and everything in my life, at that time, came into question. Did I really want to be sitting behind a desk, tucked away in a dark back room making money for someone else? Did I really enjoy the work I was doing? Did I miss getting to make my own decisions and help people achieve their goals?
No. No. YES!
UNCAGEDcreative is my answer to this sea change. I felt like a caged bird, unable to fully achieve my own potential, let alone that of others. Tired of being bound, I flew the coup and have continued to find other birds of a feather, so to speak — entrepreneurs, dreamers, visionaries, and bold business people also willing to take a chance to create something new, improve on something old or push the boundaries in their own lives.
I am so lucky, I have GREAT clients! And each of them, to a person, will tell you the kind of guy I am — smart, kind, creative, honest and loyal. They will happily tell you that I listen to their needs, put myself in their shoes, understand their businesses as if they were my own and take action to help them actualize their projects, putting their needs first. I am proud of the work I do.
A year later, thankfully, my wife is cancer free, I’m doing great work, I’m happier, life goes on and I’m still flying free.
