She creates value for her customers and company by finding the nexus of short-term gains while laying long-term strategic foundations. She can untangle and execute on projects that have failed multiple times before and negotiate across a wide swath of stakeholders. She’s the one you turn to when your product is blocked by a major architectural or organizational obstacle.
Brittany is passionate about people: Individuals. She wants to see every personal accepted, supported and enabled to contribute their unique strengths to the fullest. Organizational design, culture, and teamwork patterns are something she studies and writes about. More importantly they are things she learns by practicing in her role as a product leader.
In her personal life, Brittany reads, runs, dances, skis, gardens, and slowly but inexorably moves farther left on the political spectrum. She loves the arts, animals, and a good conversation.
