I think we have fallen in love (not with each other…. that already happened😏), but with this city. After a very eventful bus ride from Managua, Nicaragua to Guatemala City, we found a place that is full of colour, culture, amazing food, beautiful architecture, mighty volcanos, warm weather and endless sights. Hands down we would recommend this place as a must visit in your lifetime.

We were here for Christmas, so our photos reflect some festivals and fun from December 18 — December 26th.

We hiked down in the volcano ash.. it was dirty.
But a sunset hike gifted some incredible views.
THAT RED DOT IS LAVA!!! MAEGHAN SAW IT EXPLODING AND TOLD EVERY ONE!
