📸 — Koh Samui, Thailand

Travel fatigue hit us pretty hard after Vietnam. Oli did some research to find a place that we could relax, reset and maybe look for something different.

A friend recommended Koh Samui: a big island, not too touristy, not too many “want-reprenuers”, some scuba diving and lots of great cheap food.

We spent 10 days here.

During that time, we also checked off some more bucket list / personal goal items:

  1. Maeghan completed her third 30 day challenge — no booze.
  2. We explored working abroad and volunteering. So our way of traveling will be a bit different soon.
  3. Completed our first Yoga Retreat and learned that thai massages can bruise you… and are generally not relaxing.
  4. We swam with 2 (!!!!!!) whale sharks.

Lots of pictures of them sharks — only because it was by far Olivier’s highlight of life. Maeghan had issues with her air supplies — but still super stoked she didn’t freak out and have to get out of the water.

Now we’re off to Koh Tao. Apparently a place with a dark side….. 😳
