Saint-Tropez, one of the world’s most famous villages, is located along the coast amongst vineyards and the sandy beaches of Pampelonne.

For centuries, St. Tropez remained a small, quiet fisherman’s village. In the 1920s St. Tropez became popular with famous fashion designers, such as Coco Chanel and, during World War II, it was the first town on this part of the coast to be liberated.

However, it wasn’t until the release of “And God Created Woman” in 1956, starring Brigitte Bardot, that St. Tropez was put on the world map as one of the hottest travel destinations.
