Dr. Eduard Bloch
Eduard Bloch was a German Jewish physician. The one who treated Adolph Hitler’s mother when she had breast cancer. The one who came to the family home when she passed away from the cancer. And the physician who would treat all the family members when they had ailments.
Hitler was a teenage boy when his mother passed away. But he never forgot Dr. Bloch. He would send Dr. Bloch postcards expressing his gratitude for all the doctor had done for the Hitler family.
When the Holocaust started, Dr. Bloch was under special protection. Dr. Bloch was allowed to emigrate to the U.S., all undisturbed. Hitler made sure of it.
