This Wednesday 19, I will be one of the speakers at Lisbon UX to talk about Designing organizations. There, I will speak about A new way to make the workplace work.
A new way to make the workplace work is also the theme of a five-blog-posts that you will be able to read here, every two weeks.
Each blog post will explore the theme from a very particular way based on what I have learned as an employee experience designer. The first one, it will be about the impact of digital transformation on the corporate scene. I will introduce the topic, digital transformation, and the two key areas any company needs to develop to surf the digital transformation wave with success. In the second blog post, I will introduce the new role human resources need to play in today’s world to become a revenue-oriented, instead of a cost-oriented function and its benefits. In the third blog post, I will focus on employee experience and its impact on business. The fourth will be about women leaning in at the workplace. Finally, the fifth will be about how companies can leverage motherhood as a key vector in women’s career development.
