The Mother Touch

My Butt.

We once were kids. TDHawkes Old Archives, one dead sibling with no progeny (far right as you look at the photo), one living sibling (far left with progeny), me in the middle (with progeny). Scanned In, retrieved 3 19 23

Sure, I was a kid once

and stupid as the brick that fell on my head

right off the wall. No one’s fault and everyone’s.

You know how it is to be a kid.

Essentially at that same time, my mom had to hit my butt perched over her knee in front of the neighbor kid I had offended. Live and learn. I was a kid once.
