Bella’s Bed

One of the best parts of visiting State College would be seeing Bella. Her sass, her affection and joy. She wasn’t a pup. She was another sister of mine. She meant a lot to us. Everytime I’d come home she’d see the cot (and later guest bed) I’d sleep on and perk up. Jumping onto it to do her little “boxer-wiggle” and then look at me with such happiness. A playful taunt and reminder that she gets first dibs on sleeping spots.

I miss her so much.
