D246/P24: a haiku … no two haikus

Here is my Haiku from a couple of days ago.

It rained yesterday afternoon — thankfully.

On my way home, stuck in slow moving traffic as the rain water had caused minor flooding on the roads, this is what came to mind:

“After the rains pass
The city roads shine so
Cleaned by turbid waters”

And as Forrest Gump would have said, “That’s all I have to say about that.”
