I just wrote this poem.

One River

I believe in change

and a higher power

call it God or Gaia life force

I feel it, see it, live it

in my peaks and valleys

I think separation is illusion

and we need each other

that struggle teaches us

and kindness heals us

movement is life

isolation is death

change is a river

we can’t step in twice
