✅ Create systems for steady positive action & progress.

✅ Your income & happiness is an average of the 5 people you spend the most time with in life. Recruit good people around you!

✅ Turn off distractions and negative media stuff. Click!

✅ Learn mindfulness meditation to increase your peace.

✅ Get enough sleep every night to protect your brain’s health.

✅ Drink more water than you are now. You’re 75% water.

✅ Move move move! Don’t dwell in thought or emotion. Move!

✅ Give your very best to the world. It enriches you instantly too.

✅ Focus on improvement not outcomes or “success”.

✅ Practice seeing setbacks/failures as opportunities to learn.

✅ Write down 3 things you’re grateful for each day!

✅ Thank at least 2 people each day for something you appreciate in them.

✅ Practice the habit of deep mindful breathing.

✅ Practice empathy, seek understanding of people to learn from them not victory over others.
