Peace & Healing Meditation

I close my eyes
I breathe in deeply
and see this world
blanketed with a warm glow of love
vibrating energy of peace into every blade of grass
every cloud
every person
as I breathe in deeply
and out slowly
this warm glowing peace cloud
breathes in and out into the entire world
infusing every space in every heart
with peace and calm
and healing
and I feel connected
to every stream flowing into every Ocean
every cloud rising over every mountain
every child playing and dreaming
every grandparent prideful of their grandchildren
every stroke of an artists brush
every breath used to sing a song
connected to the tides coming in
covering the wet sands
and ships heading out to new shores
and in that calm
I feel one love
healing
