I have talked about this in one of my articles, so let’s not give you spoilers and dive right into it.

I have multiple meanings regarding keeping your inner child alive, which are:

Do all the things you used to do, for instance. If you loved attending gatherings and spending time with your cousins, please do that now because I have felt that as we grow and time passes, our relationships become more rigid, stretchy, and pale.

Make a new version of that created memory. Sounds fun, right? All the playing stuff, cheating in the game, eating junk food secretly, talking about ghosts, telling your own experiences about that, and the most elite one scaring the most naive amongst us. That’s evil, by the way. I forgot to add enthusiasm for holidays.

If someone says, “Grow up,” what are you even thinking?, you can say that I will create my own happiness as you are not going to do it for me. The best part about children is that they live in their own little world and rule it for themselves. This is why they are more peaceful.

This was all some fun playing stuff, but there is a more serious aspect to maintaining qualities in children, such as;

You noticed children are so pure towards everyone, the transparency between relationships and we were, that at some point, why not endeavor to keep that feature alive? We have become polluted with rationality as we gain experience. I think innocence is quite a reward, just being free of all worries.

They are never afraid to ask questions; you know, they ask trillions of them. Hence, always ready to burst out of their comfort zone, they will not care whether they will hurt themselves or what others will say; more importantly, we should appreciate them because it gives them confidence and a chance to be more creative.

Every child is an artist. “The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.” Pablo Picasso

It means we have the innate ability, but our artist buddy is lost someplace, and it needs to be found in time before it is lost forever. I believe that when you have some spare time, make it worthy and colorful so you will not feel colorblind.
