Opening track…. — Distorted female vocal loop, light bassline that intertwines with high hat (snare) percussion. 4:25 mark — Cascading, boiling tar rainfall with RUMBLE AND BOOM (drums). 7:05 — SWINGS. Male vocal hook, “Detached,” bassline THUMP. Gettin’ into the ZONE right ere \\0// \\0//. 9:50 — Female vocal loop, “In my mind,” with Jupiter particles.

13:10 — VERY NICE Transition. Minimalist, antigravity synth, alerting digital cowbell underneath the BASSLINE. 16:40 — HAAAAA SLICK. Dissident Female vocals, inverted Flock of Seagulls, “I Ran (So Far Away 1982)” melody. 22:45 — ORBITAL ACID. Kickin’ into light speed here. I only took one tablet, why does my skin feel like crawling metallic worms?

28:25 — WICKED nymph vocal loop. 31:15 — Simmering cooldown. 35:30 — DAZZLING STANZA. And we have arrived at that other universe.

43:25 — MIND BENDING. 56:30 — Coda….Scratchy synths and specks with kinetic energy.

  • OVERVIEW — You’ll listen to this voyage for a reason and it’ll keep you LOCKED. This has dark and acid techno where one style doesn’t outflank the latter. The BASSLINES aren’t submissive, but not to the point of being unremitting. For genre fans, this is one of the easier “BLANK OUT” sets I’ve heard. (1 hr 7 mins)
  • SonjadeNada’s set description inside, “Music is our guide. In its pulsating midst, we free our bodies of all worries and dance until the end of time.”
